Assignment l Challenge: 

Create an idea for a TV show and design a 10 second intro.
Must have at least 3 characters with light animation per scene/character.

 

Concept l Solution: "The Daily Byte"
 
Set in NYC, this comedy tv series revolves around 3 employees that work at a daily newspaper "The Daily Byte."  The employees are a managing editor, reporter and a photographer.

While the show would be shot in live action, use illustrations to convey the show is overall
a comedy (with slightly dark undertones). Inspired by the Daily News Building in Midtown NYC, the scenes and overall style of imagery are slightly retro in design.
Why is it titled "The Daily Byte?" Because it's a show that takes place in NYC in today's modern times: old vs. new, print vs. digital.
